Shaykh (Dr.) Muhammad Bashir Imam solih, OON

He's the  Chief Imam of Ilorin Emirate appointed in 1983. He is the 12th and current Chief Imam, and is a highly respected Islamic scholar and spiritual leader in Nigeria.

Shaykh Muhammad Bashir Solih Al-Fulani (also known as Muhammad Bashir Saliu) was awarded the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) in 2012.
